Rodrigo is a very happy six year old boy. He was diagnosed with Christianson Syndrome in June 2008. Rodrigo  was diagnosed with Global Developmental Delay at 15 months. Comprehension and communication delays were noted at 12 months. He began walking at close to 3 years old. He wears orthotic braces (AFOs). He does have epilepsy  but his seizures are well controlled. Rodrigo enjoys a variety of food of all textures. He really enjoys feeding himself.

He goes to a fantastic special needs school. Rodrigo is very social, and adapts well to new environments. Some of his favorite things include, cars, people, hats, water, bubbles, sand, and his own reflection. Besides school he also participates in gymnastic, swimming, riding his tricycle, and horseback riding. Rodrigo has a special ability to make anyone smile.
